Changed your mind?

We currently do not refund or exchange orders on buyer’s remorse. 

Size exchanges

Wrongly ordered sizes aren’t eligible for refunds or exchanges either.

Damaged/mislabelled/misprinted/defective items

At Montana Beyond, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all of our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out.

However, if a damaged, misprinted, mislabelled, or defective item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.

Any claims for damaged, misprinted, mislabelled, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after you receive the product. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Orders lost in transit

All of Montana Beyond’s shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, the package might be lost in transit.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong shipping address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

For shipments to the U.S.: make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code by using this USPS ZIP code lookup.

Sealed Goods (such as face masks and other items with sanitation concerns)

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.


This Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
