Do you offer returns or exchanges?

I don’t offer returns or exchanges on any products, unless there’s something wrong with your order (lost, wrong product, damaged, defected, etc.).

If there is a problem with your order, please write me at info@mtbeyond.com with a detailed description of the problem and photos (if applicable), and I’ll issue you a full refund or replacement at my cost.

Do you offer refunds?

I only offer refunds to customers who receive wrong/damaged items or never receive their order. If any of these apply, contact me at info@mtbeyond.com with your order number, photos of the wrong/damaged items, and/or a description of the lost item, and I’ll sort it out for you.

Damaged, mislabelled, misprinted, defective items

If a damaged, misprinted, mislabelled, or defective item was accidentally let through my quality control, or was damaged during shipment, I take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.

Any claims for damaged, misprinted, mislabelled, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after you receive the product.

To submit a claim, write me an email with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the mislabeled/misprinted/damaged/defective product.

If the damage/mislabelling/defect was due to our mistake, we’ll cover the costs of replacing the product or issue a full refund. 

Orders lost in transit

All of my shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, the package might be lost in transit.

For packages lost in transit, you must submit your claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

To submit a claim for a lost order, email me at info@mtbeyond.com with your order number and a description of the product(s) you ordered. 

If the package was lost due to our mistake, we’ll cover the full cost of replacing the product(s) or issue you a full refund.

Wrong shipping address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

For shipments to the U.S.: make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code by using this USPS ZIP code lookup.


This Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
