Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

I don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless a package is lost in transit or there’s something wrong with the order (lost, incorrect product, damaged, defective, etc.).

If there is a problem with your order, please write me at info@mtbeyond.com with a detailed description of the problem and photos (if applicable), and I’ll issue you a full refund or replacement at no cost.

Damaged, mislabelled, misprinted, defective items

If a misprinted, mislabelled, or defective item was accidentally let through my quality control, or an item was damaged in transit, I’ll provide a free replacement.

Any claims for damaged, misprinted, mislabelled, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after you receive the product. To submit a claim, write me with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the product.

If the damage/mislabelling/defect was my mistake, I’ll cover the costs of replacing the product or issue you a full refund. 

Orders lost in transit

You will receive tracking information by email five days after placing your order. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, the package might be lost.

Before contacting me, help me out with the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Check if the courier left the package with your neighbor

If there’s no luck, email me at info@mtbeyond.com with your order number and a description of the product(s) you ordered within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

If the lost package was our mistake, we’ll cover the cost of replacing the product or issue you a full refund.

Wrong shipping address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Check that your delivery address matches its ZIP code with the USPS ZIP code lookup.


This Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
